The process of creating the 7 foot silver spear started with milling the 3D model from foam.
We cut the model free from the surrounding foam.
And put one side in the cope.
And the other in the drag.
Filling them with sand and sodium silicate.
We then pulled the rough casting from the sand.
And started the cleanup process.
After a lot of grinding, sanding, and polishing.
We had the final spear.
